Bluelightconsulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software delivery across multiple workstreams. You will coordinate teams, manage scope and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban, and a track record of collaborating with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams. Remote work options and ongoing professional development are available.

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required‑by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change‑control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third‑party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate‑based acceptance criteria and client‑facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non‑technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required
