Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks, dependencies, and budgets while aligning with client expectations.

The role requires strong communication with executives and the ability to overlap US business hours. A bachelor’s degree and PM certifications are preferred. Remote-friendly with global collaboration opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
