Bluelightconsulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple software initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional engineering teams and external vendors. The role requires strong communication with clients, risk oversight, and adherence to milestones.

You will report to senior management, oversee budgets and timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery across concurrent projects while aligning with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams. Remote work is supported.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with dates and owners.
• Familiarity with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience coordinating multi‑stream projects with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of multiple software projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate third‑party vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Maintain client-facing status reports and milestone criteria.
• Manage project scope, budget, and resourcing across teams.
