Bluelightconsulting is a leading software consultancy delivering innovative technology for clients across the US and LATAM. We seek a skilled project manager to guide complex software development projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, experience managing projects with fixed deadlines, robust risk and dependency management, and strong stakeholder communication.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• PMP, CSM, or PSM certification.

• Experience with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams.
