Bluelight Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for global clients. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery with robust risk controls.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex systems across multiple workstreams.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk and buffer management.
• Experience managing client dependency registers with owners and dates.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and integrations.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing reporting.
• Experience using project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
