Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead complex delivery across multi-team projects. You will coordinate timelines, risk, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with client goals.

We value ownership, clear communication, and the ability to overlap US business hours. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in software PM are required; PMP/CSM/PSM are a plus. We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, and remote work options.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing client dependency registers with dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Background with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required
