Bluelight Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to drive software development initiatives across multiple client engagements. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.

The role requires strong communication with executives, risk management, and the ability to align technical work with business goals. Remote opportunities available with global client base.

Formación

• 5+ years managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines.
• Experience managing dependencies and escalation paths.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience budgeting, resourcing, and timelines across multiple streams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and translating tech for non-tech.
• Experience with large, distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain risk and issue registers with clear mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Provide regular status reports and milestone-based updates.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
