Bluelight Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives. You will manage scope, budget, and timelines across multiple streams, and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

You will translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, oversee risk management, and align teams across nearshore U.S.-LATAM delivery. Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of PM experience preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path management.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience coordinating multi-stream work and vendor dependencies.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead scoping, budgeting, resourcing, and scheduling across multiple projects.
• Maintain client dependency registers with owners and dates.
• Run Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams and report status to executives.
• Manage milestones, gates, and acceptance criteria with clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
