Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in Marketing Operations.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear updates.
• Experience preparing meeting agendas, documenting decisions, and managing follow-ups.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving.
• Experience using digital project management and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to established workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Availability for 40 hours per week preferred, with flexibility for exceptional candidates (30+ hours).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Claude, Smartsheet; Quickbase is a plus.

• Coordinate recurring meetings, including senior leadership revenue reviews and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Prepare agendas, document key decisions, identify action owners, and track commitments.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outstanding priorities clearly.
• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are followed through without constant reminders.
• Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
• Consolidate updates from regional marketing teams and campaign leads.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to processes.
• Maintain organized documentation and reliable project tracking systems.
