Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Project Manager to own delivery of marketing programs for US clients from kickoff to delivery. You will manage campaigns, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship to keep projects on time and on budget.

This delivery role requires strong written and verbal English, excellent organization, and the ability to drive teams toward completing work on schedule. Remote-friendly with international teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
