Trolley is a fast-growing creative operations company seeking a Marketing & Operations Assistant to support the Project Manager and Producer Lead. The role focuses on marketing materials, content updates, research, outreach, and logistics to help campaigns and workflows run smoothly.

You will operate in an AI-first environment, leveraging tools to accelerate drafts, research, and tasks. This position starts part-time with potential to scale hours as workload grows, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in social media coordination, content marketing, or operations.
• Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT/ Claude/ Perplexity.
• Experience with ClickUp, Metricool, Canva, Slack, and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Marketing execution support, drafting materials and asset updates.
• Meeting prep, logistics, and organized documentation.
• Outreach and booking support for partnerships and guests.
• Operational tasks, SOPs, and resource organization.
• Platform management of content calendars and scheduling.
• Performance tracking support and client reporting.
• Podcast and campaigns production support, including guest coordination.
