HoopStars is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth across HoopStars and its parent brand teams. You will divide time between running HoopStars and building a centralized marketing function for Community Sports Partners, with a remote LATAM base and potential relocation options.

You should excel in turning advertising into customers, improving conversion, increasing repeat purchases, and managing budgets and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated results driving paid acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and profitability beyond a marketing budget.
• Experience hiring and managing marketers, creatives, agencies or contractors.

Responsabilités

• Run HoopStars: own business plan, budget, revenue, profitability and cash forecasts; lead sales and operations.
• Drive digital growth: optimize paid search, social, landing pages and enrollment funnels.
• Build the parent marketing team: define structure, recruit specialists and manage cross-brand priorities.
• Establish commercial discipline: tie campaign performance to customers and profit; allocate marketing spend with reporting.
• Stay close to execution: audit accounts, diagnose funnel issues and lead improvements.
