Huzzle is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to architect the brand's digital presence and own the full marketing lifecycle—from a high-converting website to HubSpot automation and email strategies.

You will lead social and email campaigns, align with North America client needs, work EST hours with offshore overlap, and shape the voice and visuals of a specialized consulting firm while delivering measurable growth.

Formación

• Senior-level experience in Growth Marketing within B2B environments.
• HubSpot marketing automation expertise required.
• Web design ability to build and optimize professional business websites.
• Brand and content strategy experience for social media and email content.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to work EST hours with offshore overlap.

Responsabilidades

• Brand Strategy & Web Design: lead redesign and ongoing site management to reflect a premium brand identity.
• Marketing Automation: design and manage end-to-end workflows in HubSpot.
• Email Marketing: develop and execute email strategies for leads and clients.
• Social Media Management: implement a consistent social media strategy targeting decision-makers.
• Campaign Execution: launch integrated marketing campaigns aligned with playbooks.
• Performance Tracking: monitor KPIs and iteratively improve based on data.
