Job summary

EECOL Electric is seeking an Analyst – Sales Operations to manage large sales and performance datasets across Sourcing, Catalog, Supplier, Inventory and Project Management. You will provide analytical support to sales leaders within the assigned Business Unit(s).

Responsibilities include forecasting trends, building compelling reports, gathering requirements for Global Sales, and developing KPIs and tools to support business goals. Travel 0%–25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of B2B Supply Chain, including MRO, Inventory, Pricing, VMI, etc.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to visualize data to tell a story for informed decisions.
• Travel 0%–25%.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data on historical sales and trends to forecast future trends.
• Build interactive reporting on structured data models to derive actionable insights.
• Gather requirements and design performance and forecasting reports for Global Sales teams.
• Publish and maintain information related to historical and current sales performance.
• Assist in developing KPIs and tools to support business goals.
• Collaborate on ad hoc business problem-solving requests.
