EPAM Systems in Chile is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to lead requirements gathering, ensure data integrity between warehouses and source systems, and build advanced Power BI dashboards.

You will develop data models, write SQL scripts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable insights for clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Solid grasp of data warehouse development concepts.
• Skilled in SQL scripting for data manipulation and extraction.
• Ability to gather and document detailed requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for data verification.
• Effective communication with clients and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and document thorough business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Confirm and maintain data consistency between warehouses and source systems.
• Build and oversee data models that enable accurate reporting.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction and analysis purposes.
• Work alongside data warehouse teams to ensure ongoing data accuracy.
• Communicate analytical findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance and maintain existing BI solutions.
• Work cross-functionally to align on data strategies.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance for BI deliverables.
