Job summary

EECOL Electric is seeking a Senior Representative - Outside Sales to develop new prospects and manage assigned customers, driving sales and margin for our electrical products and services. The role involves face-to-face selling, proposals, and presentations across customer organizations, with frequent travel and collaboration with multiple teams.

Responsibilities include qualifying accounts, expanding account plans, and delivering quotations while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering or related field preferred
• Ability to travel 50%–75%

Responsibilities

• Qualify accounts and provide territory forecast
• Execute and expand assigned customer account plans
• Develop and maintain relationships across customer organizations
• Provide quotations and support to customers
• Mentor sales team and share product knowledge
