Job summary

Eaton Group seeks a Senior Inventory Accounting Analyst to lead governance and analytics improving inventory health, working capital, and process compliance across planning, procurement, and finance. You will build dashboards and drive corrective actions to optimize material flow and inventory performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in inventory management, strong analytics, and experience with SAP ERP and data visualization tools. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional reviews and driving corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze inventory performance metrics (Turns, DOH, Accuracy, E&O, aging).
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to address risks and actions.
• Establish and improve inventory control processes to meet policies and audits.
• Perform root-cause analysis on discrepancies and errors; implement corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and BI reports to provide visibility and support management decisions.
• Drive inventory optimization, working capital improvement, and material flow efficiency.
• Monitor inventory health and identify slow-moving, inactive, excess, and obsolete materials.
• Facilitate governance meetings and track action plans for improvements.
• Quantify financial benefits from optimization initiatives with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Support physical inventories and accuracy improvement projects.
• Ensure master data integrity for inventory planning and warehouse processes.
• Generate executive-level reports showing risks, opportunities, trends, and targets.
