EECOL Electric, Canada’s premier electrical products distributor, is seeking a Manager – Business Development to drive growth across markets. You will research opportunities, build plans to generate revenue, and expand product lines while enhancing customer satisfaction.

In this role you will analyze growth, identify new markets, and strengthen competitive position. Expect frequent travel and collaboration with internal teams to deliver results for Wesco’s diverse customer base.

Formación

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 5+ years experience in business development or related field.
• 5+ years experience in financial analysis, sales, negotiation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand profitability.
• Retain and expand existing relationships, product lines, and markets; solicit new business.
• Oversee research activities to discover new markets and opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers; coordinate meetings with Wesco reps.
• Lead and manage local implementation teams and account development activities.
• Conduct roll out meetings at key and global account locations.
• Support cost savings analyses across direct/indirect spend and value-add programs.
• Coordinate internal and customer training on processes.
• Liaise between suppliers, marketing, and operations.
