Castrol is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager, South Cluster, to lead our business across Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay from Santiago. The role drives profitable growth, strengthens distributor partnerships, and delivers commercial excellence with cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires leadership, sales strategy expertise, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a focus on forecasting and S&OP processes to propel regional performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales, Commercial Management, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Proven success with distributor networks and channel partners.
• Experience delivering growth, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership managing and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
• Strengthen distributor and customer partnerships through regular reviews.
• Lead forecasting, demand planning, and performance analysis.
• Coach and develop a high-performing regional team in Chile.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to meet objectives.
