Metso seeks a Controller, Business/Operational to join the Finance team in Santiago, Chile. You will boost spare part sales by optimizing order management, ensuring on-time deliveries, and enhancing customer experience, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across South America Market Area. The role reports to the Sr.

Controller Business/Operational and offers hybrid work arrangements. Strong financial analysis and SAP/PowerBI skills are preferred as you drive regional

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, projects or delivery management; experience with investment projects is a plus.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ability to lead, communicate with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• English proficiency at least B1 level.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Sales Growth by proactively managing orders to accelerate revenue.
• Follow up on regional investments and perform financial analysis.
• Lead and coordinate delivery processes with stakeholders for complex orders and projects.
• Analyze orders for high-value opportunities and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ensure deliveries meet schedules, quality, and cost targets.
