Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR functional processes. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and business leaders to optimize processes, standardize work, and drive continuous improvement across regions.

This remote LATAM role partners across legal, data/privacy, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality talent outcomes.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree plus 7+ years in HR operations or related fields.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed settings.
• Ability to partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and regional teams.
• Experience with reporting dashboards, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS plus fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes such as Compensation Planning and Performance Management.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risks, and escalations to ensure timely, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting, and alignment to regulatory requirements.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Develop standard work, training materials, and process maps for regional consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, performance data, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Create change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
