Job summary

Veralto is seeking an experienced HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including policy excellence and standard work. You will partner across COEs, HRSS, IT, Legal, and regional teams to drive scalable, compliant solutions that enhance talent outcomes.

This role sits in LATAM and is remote, with responsibilities spanning governance, automation, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality process outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, Transformation, or BPM.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with COEs, HRSS, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy and regional teams.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent and outcomes into scalable process standards and operating routines.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes including Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to deliver milestones at scale.
• Establish governance with decision rights, approvals, version control, audits and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, Data & Application teams to enable design, automation, reporting and data quality.
• Build Standard Work, training materials, and guides to enable consistent execution across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement through VOC, cycle performance and AI-enabled self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor management, performance oversight and contract alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and stakeholder adoption.
