Sawmilldcllc is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Representative to assist travelers before, during, and after their trips in a fully remote role. You will help clients with travel questions, support itineraries, and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys helping people, and is excited about working remotely in the travel industry with full training and ongoing support.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, call center, or support roles is preferred.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Answer travel-related inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
• Support itinerary updates, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
• Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients when needed.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
