Sawmilldcllc is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Representative to support travelers before, during, and after their trips. This 100% work-from-home role involves assisting clients with travel-related questions, providing trip support, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

You'll work remotely, communicate clearly via email, phone, and messaging, and help travelers with itineraries, requirements, and changes.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, call center, or support roles preferred.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Able to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
• Passionate about travel and helping others travel with confidence.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Answer travel-related inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
• Support itinerary updates, cancellations, changes, and special requests
• Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients when needed
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
