The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping others. You will work remotely, handle inquiries via email, phone, and messaging, and learn new systems quickly.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or support roles.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Answer travel-related inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
• Support itinerary updates, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
• Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients when needed.
