You will work across CRMs like Tape and Oracle NetSuite, handle rapid lead responses, and maintain disciplined follow-up cadences to maximize show rates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound calling or inside sales lead generation.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Tape or Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong calendar coordination and appointment follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal English, professional phone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective homeowners via phone, text, email, and CRM outreach tools.
• Respond quickly to new inbound leads from marketing campaigns and forms.
• Conduct high-volume outbound campaigns to homeowner leads.
• Qualify homeowners based on roof viability, energy usage, ownership, and costs.
• Schedule qualified presentation appointments for solar consultants.
• Send pre-appointment confirmations and reminders to reduce cancellations.
• Re-engage missed appointments and reschedule meetings for the team.
• Overcome objections with professional sales techniques.
• Log activities and updates in Tape, NetSuite, and the company CRMs.
