PROVE Partners is seeking a Servicing and Settlements Specialist to join remotely. You will make 50-100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers, gather case updates, negotiate settlements, and handle emails. You may research complex cases to ensure smooth progression.

The role requires strong communication, high organization, and experience with financial products. This remote position offers flexibility with a focus on accuracy and timely task completion.

• Knowledge of personal injury is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers to gather case status updates or request additional information.
• Negotiate settlement terms with law firms and providers in a friendly and fair manner.
• Send, receive, and respond to emails related to case progress and inquiries.
• Research and track down important information for special or complex cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work through a daily task list to ensure all scheduled work is completed efficiently and on time.
