Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to own end-to-end sales execution and CRM operations in a remote, full-time role focused on the US market. You will manage a high-volume inbound flow, optimize lead distribution, and coach a growing sales team to hit revenue targets.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, performance analytics, and continuous improvement of sales processes. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is essential, and English fluency is required to work with US

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience with revenue growth.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Fluent English; experience working with US-based clients.
• Experience managing inbound sales in high-volume B2C environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRM & sales operations, including pipeline structure, lead lifecycle, data hygiene, SLAs and inbound workflows.
• Lead and develop the sales team with coaching and performance reviews.
• Manage high-volume inbound lead flow and optimise lead distribution for efficiency and conversions.
• Own call quality and communication standards for US-based clients, coaching on objection handling.
• Lead sales analytics: conversion rate, close rate, average deal value, speed to lead, revenue per rep.
• Identify and implement improvements across sales processes and tools.
