Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a PPC Manager, Senior Living. You own paid media for senior living clients, directing targeting, budgets, and narrative during client inquiries. You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels. Collaboration with US clients on live calls is essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with multi-client campaigns.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media for senior-living clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, set bids, target audiences and test creatives.
• Track conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
