Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living. You own paid media for a book of senior living clients, setting budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads with full responsibility for testing, tracking and optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client examples.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Oversee budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
