Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will lead Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads strategies, manage budgets, bids, and testing, and craft the narrative behind performance during client calls.

You will build 90-day roadmaps, report on ROAS/CPA, collaborate with an agency-wide team, and drive long-term client growth with clear English communication on live calls with US-based clients.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
A track record of moving ROAS/CPA/pipeline numbers.
Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; narrate the numbers during client calls.
Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
