Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for a book of senior living clients across multi-location operators. You will lead strategy, budget calls and reporting on GA4, GTM and platform pixels, with a focus on driving ROAS and client retention while collaborating with US-based clients on live calls.

You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budget allocation and testing, and create 90-day roadmaps for client

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, GTM and pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
