• Comfort running meetings on Zoom or video calls.
• Experience with podcast hosting platforms or B2B marketing metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale relationship from onboarding to renewal.
• Lead onboarding calls, set milestones, and coordinate episode planning, recording, and distribution.
• Provide concise status updates and distill insights into recommendations for marketing teams.
• Coordinate internal editors, designers, and strategists to ensure on-time delivery.
