Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking an outbound and AI visibility growth specialist to help the company be discovered across traditional search and AI engines. The role blends cold outreach, SEO fundamentals, and AI experimentation, with a strong execution focus to test new distribution tactics.

You will work in a hands‑on capacity, using tools like ChatGPT and SEMrush, and collaborating with sales and marketing to refine messaging and expand reach.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in growth, outbound, or lead gen roles (or founder/operator experience).
• Track record with cold outreach and SEO campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis or automation.
• Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI tools, ChatGPT, or other LLMs for visibility.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• A “scrappy” builder mindset - you don’t wait for playbooks, you create them.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns : cold email, LinkedIn, and community‑driven outreach
• Build visibility via SEO content and optimization
• Experiment with AEO : figuring out how to get the company featured/discovered through AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others
• Secure earned media placements across press, blogs, and thought‑leadership outlets
• Partner with sales /marketing to test and refine messaging
