Jobgether is seeking a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead based in Chile to own the digital experience and drive growth. You will lead website optimization, lifecycle campaigns, email communication, and brand messaging across product lines.

You will collaborate with leadership, product, design, and engineering to translate customer insights into compelling messaging. This hands-on role focuses on improving conversion, retention, and recurring revenue in a fully remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in B2B or e-commerce marketing with ownership of website optimization.
• Customer-centric copywriting grounded in research and insights.
• Lifecycle or email marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong A/B testing, statistics, and data-driven decision making.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English.
• Preferred: CRM like HubSpot or Pipedrive and AI tools experience.
