The ideal candidate has strong remote customer service experience, excellent English communication (C1/C2), and proficiency with common productivity tools. A healthcare background is a plus, with full-time remote work and EST-friendly hours.

Formación

• Prior remote customer support experience in healthcare or tech preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1/C2).
• Proficient with productivity tools (Sheets, Docs) and CRM/communication platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Answering patient inquiries about Winona’s products and services via text, email, and phone.
• Making inbound and outbound calls to address questions and ensure high service levels.
• Delivering information about Winona’s offerings to patients.
• Maintaining patient satisfaction and professional support.
• Handling patient complaints and guiding resolution quickly.
• Keeping records of patient interactions and processing accounts.
• Assisting doctors with requests to handle patient issues.
• Providing excellent service to internal teams and external customers.
