Sweetepictravels seeks a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and guiding them through policies with professionalism. This role supports sales and client engagement from a home-based setting.

You will communicate across channels, assist with insurance-related questions, and collaborate with marketing to boost client satisfaction while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data accuracy.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with client interaction.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities; multilingual helpful.
• Familiarity with sales admin processes and ability to analyze client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• Excellent customer service with understanding of HIPAA when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high productivity and organization.
• Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing exceptional service through multiple channels.
• Manage client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify new sales opportunities.
