Ideal candidates have 2+ years in US healthcare administration, are detail-oriented, and possess strong written and spoken English. Remote work opens to LATAM and PH applicants with a team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience.
• Mental health/behavioral health practice experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification.
• SimplePractice experience is REQUIRED!
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with productivity monitoring software.

Responsabilités

• Answer patient calls, texts, and callbacks.
• Schedule appointments for multiple therapists.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Review and submit claims in SimplePractice.
• Support daily front-office operations and collaborate with the team.
