CS Outsource is seeking a Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day MTR operations, guest communications, and property performance across a growing portfolio.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, tenant screening, pricing updates, and maintenance coordination, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service and clear written English communication.

Formación

• Experience managing Mid-Term Rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements.
• Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes.
• Monitor occupancy and assist with pricing updates.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications.
• Manage listings across platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct channels.
• Track renewals, extensions, and move-in/move-out schedules.
• Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
