Job summary

CS Outsource seeks a proactive Housing Specialist to coordinate housing placements for clients, manage requests, and ensure a seamless experience from placement through move-out. This remote role supports a US-based client base and requires strong organizational skills.

You will communicate in English, maintain housing records, and collaborate with property owners, landlords, and partners to secure suitable options and handle renewals.

• Ability to manage multiple housing requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housing placements based on client needs, budget, and location requirements.
• Source and secure suitable housing options through property owners, landlords, and housing providers.
• Manage reservations, lease agreements, move-ins, move-outs, extensions, and renewals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the housing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and housing partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure a smooth housing experience.
• Resolve housing-related issues, maintenance requests, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of housing inventory, leases, client information, and documentation.
• Monitor housing availability, occupancy, pricing, and lease expirations.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and housing requirements.
