AvantStay in the hospitality tech space is seeking a Property Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle from contract to live listing. You will coordinate with homeowners and internal teams to hit milestones and maintain quality standards.

This role requires 3+ years in property onboarding or project management, with strong communication, organization, and a data-driven mindset. You will use our CRM and collaboration tools to drive efficiency and homeowner satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in property onboarding and project management or similar.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management.
• Proven success managing complex, client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; can build trust and provide clear updates.

Responsabilidades

• Own the onboarding lifecycle: manage and coordinate all aspects from contract to live listing.
• Be the point of contact between homeowners and AvantStay’s internal stakeholders.
• Leverage tech stack, dashboards, and PM tools to track onboarding progress and surface risks.
• Drive accountability with cross-functional teams to keep tasks on schedule.
• Champion process automation for repeatable onboarding tasks.
• Analyze onboarding metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Provide regular updates on progress, milestones, risks, and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Lead special onboarding and operational initiatives as needed.
