Howard is seeking an experienced accountant to join our remote team handling full-cycle accounting for multiple clients in the vacation rental industry. You will prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations, and support tax and audits with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of accounting experience, fluency in English, and proficiency with Guesty, SAGE, QuickBooks, and Excel.

Formación

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting practices.
• Fluent English – comfortable communicating with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and GAAP where applicable.
• Perform job costing and budget-to-actual analysis as needed.
• Support tax compliance and audit requests.
