Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive LATAM growth on a fully remote basis. You will identify and onboard Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and partners, expand client networks, and boost revenue while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role requires experience in Forex/CFD sales, fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic, multicultural team; join FP Markets and help shape our regional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development or sales in Forex/CFD sector.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW clients.
• Fluent in English; native Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage LATAM IBs, affiliates, and partners.
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance to ensure compliant campaigns.
• Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to Regional Director.
• Represent FP Markets at industry events and webinars.
