Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our LATAM footprint from a fully remote base. You will build a robust network of IBs, affiliates, and key clients, driving acquisition and revenue growth in the Forex/CFD space.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in BD/sales in financial trading, strong relationships with IBs/affiliates, and fluency in English plus native Spanish/Portuguese. Compliance awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development/sales in Forex/CFDs or financial trading
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW clients
• Fluent in English with native Spanish/Portuguese
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and partners in LATAM
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through outreach and partnerships
• Develop and execute BD strategies aligned with company goals
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and affiliates
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance on campaigns
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
• Represent FP Markets at events, expos, and webinars
