Job summary

FP Markets Group of Companies is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our Chilean footprint in the FX/CFD space. You will identify and onboard IBs, affiliates, and partners, drive client acquisition, and build strategic alliances to grow revenue.

Ideally, you have 2+ years in business development within financial trading, a solid network of IBs, and fluency in Spanish and English. This is a fully remote role with regional impact and exposure to international markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development/sales within Forex/CFDs or financial trading.
• Native Spanish and fluent in English.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard introducing brokers, affiliates, and partners in Chile.
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through outreach and partnerships.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and affiliates.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes in FX/CFD industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance to ensure compliant campaigns.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for Regional Director.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.
