Gilder Search Group is looking for a Mid-Level APPs / OSS-BSS Support Engineer to work remotely within the LATAM region. This role demands experience in Oracle Communications environments, focusing on application support and production troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will possess solid skills in monitoring, KPI analysis, and coordination with customers and vendors. The position requires knowledge of Linux/Unix and cloud-native platforms. Spanish and English are mandatory for effective communication.

Formación

• Experience in Oracle Communications environments including BRM, Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, and Order Management.
• Solid hands-on experience in application support, production troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance support.
• Exposure to OSS/BSS, BRM core nodes, and real-time charging/billing flows.

Responsabilidades

• Support application environments and troubleshoot production issues.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Participate in rotational shifts, weekend support, and maintenance windows.
