Gilder Search Group is seeking a Mid-Level Oracle DBA based in Chile to support day-to-day DBA activities for BRM/ECE environments within the Oracle stack. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performance tuning, and backup support, with a focus on cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and SQL/PLSQL, and be available for rotational shifts with fluency in both Spanish and English.

Formación

• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Solid database support experience in BRM/ECE environments.
• Experience supporting cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day DBA support and production troubleshooting.
• Perform performance tuning, backup and recovery, and high availability support.
• Provide on-call support and maintenance.
