Arcadia Power, Inc. is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to build the AI Enablement platform and automate operational workflows.
The role focuses on developing Arcadia's software factory, converting manual processes into automated, observable systems, and shipping robust agent-based solutions in production. The ideal candidate ships LLM-backed systems, writes production-grade Python, and collaborates across Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Snowflake.
Formación
- Shipped LLM-backed systems into production and kept them running.
- Proficient in production Python with strong typing, tests, packaging, and error handling.
- Experience delivering end-to-end delivery paths: branching, code review, CI/CD, releases.
Responsabilidades
- Build and ship Arcadia's software factory components, from scaffolding and templates to CI patterns.
- Prototype against build-versus-buy questions with working evidence.
- Convert manual processes into automated, instrumented workflows with measurable results.
- Instrument everything shipped: quantify accuracy, failures, and improvements.
- Integrate agents and automation with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Snowflake.
