FullStack is seeking a Senior AI-Native Engineering Lead to join our talent network and collaborate with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development work.

You will integrate directly into the client's team and work alongside designers and engineers daily to architect and deliver scalable AI-powered systems. The role requires 5+ years in software development and advanced English, a four-year degree, and a proven ability to drive software architecture, standards, and CI/CD.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience and AI Native SDLC practices.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience architecting, developing, and delivering large-scale production software systems.
• Proven experience establishing software architecture, engineering standards, and code quality.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-native SDLC practices using Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Experience integrating AI throughout the SDLC from planning to documentation.
• Strong background in building AI-powered apps using LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration.
• Extensive experience with Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript for full-stack apps.
• Backend services using Python or similar languages.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.
• Hands-on with GitHub workflows, Docker, integration testing.
• Experience with AWS and Grafana, Sentry, Vercel, or Render.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, AI-driven engineering, and scalable practices.
• Ability to tackle new challenges and contribute to libraries.
• Ability to implement CI/CD for applications.
• Forensic attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Extreme ownership and alignment with client goals.
