Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative during client inquiries.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, manage bids and testing, ensure accurate conversion tracking, and chart 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with clear storytelling on performance calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: build, run and optimize campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record you can demonstrate.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Determine when to pause or kill underperforming campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present the numbers.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
